KETO pumpkin desserts; Low carb, gluten free and sugar free desserts for the ketogenic diet. Ketosis desserts

Pumpkin — my favorite fall flavor! I think my brain has been re-wired to associate fall with pumpkin spice.

Once September rolls around, with it’s crisp, cool mornings and brightly-colored leaves, all pumpkin recipes are fair game. Okay, who am I kidding? I started in August, ha, ha! We had a cold, rainy week, and my kitchen counter was full of garden produce, and it felt so much like fall I just couldn’t help it!

The problem is, I am really trying to reduce the amount of sugar and carbs in my diet.

So this year, I’m looking for better ways to indulge in my pumpkin fix! I found a bunch of incredibly delicious looking pumpkin desserts — all keto — and decided to share the bounty with you!
