Chocolate Whipped Cream on cheesecake


2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. baking cocoa
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Add all of the ingredients to your mixing bowl (it should be cold, although I never chill mine and it always works fine) and mix until soft peaks form. Easy peasy and YUM! My kids fight over who gets to lick the beaters!


If you are going to be eating your creation right away this works great. But if you need it to last awhile, and especially if you are taking it outdoors, I recommend stabilizing your whipped cream, using the method found at the post below.
