Stir the following into an 8 oz. carton of full-fat sour cream:
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes, crushed between your fingers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- pinch of cayenne
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Yummy! We use this as a dip for raw veggies, zucchini sticks, chips, wings and everything else. If you thin it by stirring in 1/4 cup of milk or buttermilk it makes a great ranch-type salad dressing.
